Sabina is a registered psychologist, wife and mother, with a Masters in Psychology, and broad experience working with individuals, including children, as well as couples, families, groups, and organisations.

Sabina employs a mixed style of evidence-based therapies to meet the specific needs of her individual and organisational clients including cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic, emotion-focused, and ACT frameworks. She is warm, direct, practical and supportive with a passion for normalising and working with the universality of the human experience in which we can all relate.

Sabina is a regular commentator on radio and television, including being the Resident Psychologist on the Afternoons program on Radio 3AW with Denis Walter. She also contributes regularly to a range of print media and is listed on the Media Referrals Database with The Australian Psychological Society. Sabina is also a speaker with Saxton Speakers Bureau where she presents on a range of psychological and human behaviour topics to corporate, school, parent and community groups. In addition to her expertise in human behaviour, Sabina is a communications specialist with significant experience working in public relations and marketing roles in Melbourne, San Francisco and London where she worked with a variety of clients across a range of sectors including retail, consumer, telecommunications, health, hospitality, education, the arts, gaming, and professional services.

Sabina is committed, passionate and curious about her on-going professional and personal development. Recently she has attended training programs and workshops on Gottman Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), mindfulness, anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, PTSD, sleep, couple counseling, coaching, ACT training, family therapy, and eating disorders.
